Joseph P. Raczynski
CEO

Joseph Raczynski founded wapUcom, LLP in 1999 to provide digital solutions for small to medium size companies. His varying experience is centered on technology, e-Commerce, project management and capitalization.

Previously Joseph was employed at CoStar Group, Inc., one of the fastest growing technology companies in the metropolitan Washington DC area. In two and a half years at CoStar he served several successive roles finishing as a project manager for the New York – New England region. In this role he managed several teams of researchers, developers, and sales personnel for the publicly traded Internet company.

Before joining CoStar, he spent a year in Mexico teaching. He has his MS in e-Commerce and is currently pursuing an MBA. He graduated from Providence College with a BA in Economics and a BA in Sociology. He has also established DC-WiFi an organization dedicated to open wireless access.

James A. Roy, PMP
Lead Strategist

James has planned and developed web strategies for top U.S. companies. Originally from the open fields of Connecticut, he garnered most of his vast web experience in NYC before joining wapUcom, LLP in 1999 as a consultant.  James enjoys off-roading on his Cannondale when he is not brainstorming on his next project.  James is also an avid lacrosse player.  He also volunteers with Meals On Wheels, providing warm food for the homebound.

Joshua E. Carlin, Esq.
General Counsel

Joshua servies as our primary legal expert.  Schooled in New England and originally from Provincetown, he received his degree from Fordham Law School.  His legal speciality is in mergers and acquisitions.  In his spare time he enjoys pro-bono work as a defender in malpractice suits.  Joshua spends most of his free time surfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.  He also volunteers at N.O.W., The National Organization for Women.
